On September 6, 2010 Ambassador of Ukraine to Libya Mr. Mykola Nahornyi participated in the TV program «Ambassadors’ view on Libya» held by Al-Badil satellite channel. The edition was dedicated to Ukrainian-Libyan relations.

At the outset Mr. Nahornyi extended sincere congratulations to the Libyan people on the occasion of the 41st Anniversary of the Great September Revolution, as well as wished them good celebration of the end of fasting Ramadan.

During the talk Ambassador of Ukraine informed Al-Badil audience about the prospects of joint co-operation between Ukraine and Libya in the spheres of oil and gas industry, agriculture, aircraft construction, tourism, higher education etc. A special attention was also paid to the positive dynamics of the higher level bilateral dialogue development reached during recent years by two countries, as well as to mutual events, that are to be held by the end of this year.

Mr. Nahornyi also briefed on political and economic situation in Ukraine and underlined importance of ongoing reforms in our country.

TV project “Ambassadors’ view on Libya” by Al-Badil satellite channel – is a row of media editions, which are to be released on the occasion of the 41st Anniversary of the Great September Revolution. The object of the program is to present to the channel’s audience view of foreign Ambassadors on the general situation in Libya and to inform them about development of bilateral relations.
