On May 6, 2010 Ambassador of Ukraine to Libya Mr. Hennadii Latii met with the Secretary of the General People’s Committee (Prime-minister) of Libya Mr. Al Baghdadi Al Mahmudi. The meeting took place in the context of Ambassador’s farewell meetings with high-ranking Libyan officials.

The prospects of joint co-operation in the spheres of mutual interest were under discussions. The parties also exchanged thoughts on the preparation for the Fifth Meeting of the Ukrainian-Libyan Commission for Cooperation, which is to be organized this year in Libya.
